By accessing this website, purchasing tickets, or attending the festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions

“Festival” / “Event” refers to the Orange Festival of Adventure & Music.

“Organizer” / “We” / “Us” refers to OFAM management and its authorized partners.

“Attendee” / “You” refers to any person visiting the website, purchasing tickets, or attending the event.
2. Ticketing & Entry

All tickets are non-refundable unless specified in the Refund Policy.

Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket, ID proof, and security clearance.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual for safety or security reasons.
- Each ticket contains a unique QR code and is valid for one admission only. A purchaser may buy up to ten tickets in one order and provide the additional tickets to their intended companions. Each person must present a separate, unused QR ticket at entry.

Tickets must not be duplicated, altered, or resold for profit. The first successful scan of a QR code will be accepted; subsequent attempts to use the same QR code will be refused.

Purchasers are responsible for keeping their QR tickets secure. If a ticket email is lost or accidentally deleted, the purchaser may contact the organizer using the email address entered during checkout. After verification, the organizer may resend the existing ticket.
3. Age Restrictions

Children below 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Certain adventure activities may have minimum age or fitness requirements.
4. Safety & Conduct
By attending the festival, you agree to:

Follow all safety instructions from festival staff.

Respect other attendees, artists, and staff.
-
Not engage in violence, harassment, vandalism, or disruptive behavior.

Not carry weapons, banned substances, or dangerous items.
-
Allow security checks at all entry and activity points.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without refund.
5. Adventure Activities

Participation in adventure activities (rafting, paragliding, etc.) is voluntary and at your own risk.

Activities may be suspended due to weather or safety concerns.

Some activities require participants to sign an indemnity/waiver form.

Refunds for canceled activities will follow the Refund Policy.
6. Event Changes
The organizer may, at its discretion:

Change schedules or artists

Modify activity timings
-
Postpone or reschedule the event

Restrict access to certain zones
Such changes may occur due to weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons.
7. Photography & Media
By entering the festival premises:

You consent to being photographed or recorded.

The organizer may use photos or footage for promotional or archival purposes.

No compensation will be provided for the use of such media.
Attendees may take personal photos/videos unless restricted in certain zones.
8. Prohibited Items
The following are generally not allowed:
- Weapons — Firearms, ammunition, knives, blades, sharp objects or weapons of any kind.
- Self-Defence Weapons — Pepper spray, mace, tasers, batons, heavy chains or other self-defence weapons.
- Illegal Drugs & Banned Substances — Illegal drugs, narcotics, banned substances or drug-related paraphernalia.
- Explosives & Flammable Substances — Fireworks, explosives, flares, smoke bombs, fuel, gas canisters or other flammable substances.
- Outside Alcohol — Outside alcohol or intoxicating substances.
- Glass & Metal Containers — Glass bottles, glass containers, cans, metal flasks or other breakable containers.
- Outside Food & Beverages — Outside food and beverages, except items required for verified medical needs or infants.
- Professional Cameras — Professional cameras or cameras with detachable lenses, unless authorized by OFAM.
- Professional Recording Equipment — Professional video or audio-recording equipment.
- Drones — Drones or other remotely operated flying devices.
- Camera Accessories — Tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, camera poles or large camera accessories.
- Laser & High-Powered Devices — Laser pointers, laser pens, high-powered lights or similar devices.
- Noisemakers & Instruments — Air horns, megaphones, loud noisemakers or unauthorized musical instruments.
- Large Bags — Large bags, backpacks, suitcases, laptop bags or oversized bags as determined by venue security.
- Large Umbrellas, Tents & Chairs — Large umbrellas, tents, canopies, sleeping bags, large chairs or other items that may obstruct audience movement or visibility.
- Personal Transport Devices — Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, hoverboards or personal motorized vehicles inside the festival grounds. Accessibility devices are exempt.
- Animals & Pets — Animals or pets, except trained service animals.
- Poles & Rigid Signage — Flag poles, totems, rigid signs, sticks or poles.
- Flying Objects — Balloons, balls, frisbees, inflatables or other flying objects.
- Spray Paint, Markers & Confetti — Spray paint, paint markers, permanent markers, loose glitter, confetti or streamers.
- Unauthorized Promotional Materials — Unauthorized flyers, stickers, samples, promotional material or merchandise.
- Unauthorized Commercial Activity — Items intended for unauthorized vending, advertising or commercial activity.
- Helmets — Motorcycle helmets, bicycle helmets or other protective headgear.
Any item that festival management, venue security or law-enforcement personnel reasonably considers dangerous, disruptive or unsuitable may be prohibited.
9. Behavior & Liability

The organizer is not liable for personal injury, theft, or loss of personal belongings.

Attendees are responsible for their own safety and belongings at all times.

Damage caused by attendees to festival property must be compensated.
10. Payment Terms

All payments made through the website are secure, processed via trusted payment partners.

We do not store sensitive payment information.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
11. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to external websites.
We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or policies.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including logos, graphics, text, images, and media — is the property of the festival or its partners.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
13. Force Majeure
The organizer is not responsible for delays or non-performance due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:

Public health orders

Government restrictions
In such cases, policies outlined in the Refund Policy will apply.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Arunachal Pradesh.
