Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for purchasing tickets to the Orange Festival of Adventure & Music (OFAM). We appreciate your support and look forward to hosting you in Dambuk.
Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. General Policy

All ticket purchases for OFAM are final and non-refundable, except in the specific cases outlined below.
This includes (but is not limited to) payments made for:

  • Festival entry passes

  • Adventure activity passes

Once a ticket is booked, the festival is unable to issue refunds for change of plans, travel issues, or personal circumstances.

2. Event Rescheduling or Postponement

If the festival is rescheduled or postponed (e.g., due to weather, government orders, elections, or other unforeseen circumstances), the following applies:

  • All purchased tickets remain valid for the new dates.

  • If you are unable to attend the rescheduled dates, you may request a refund within 14 days from the announcement of the new dates.

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.

3. Event Cancellation

If the festival is fully canceled, all ticket holders are entitled to a 100% refund, processed automatically.
Refund timelines may vary based on bank/payment gateway processing time.

4. Activity Cancellations

Adventure activities are subject to weather and operational safety checks.

  • If an activity is canceled by the festival due to safety reasons, you may choose between:
    a) A refund for that activity, or
    b) A credit usable for another activity (subject to availability).

  • No refunds are provided if you personally choose not to participate after booking.

5. Ticket Transfer

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly allowed by the festival’s ticketing system.

  • If transfer is allowed, it must be done before the deadline announced on the official website/social media channels.

6. No-Show Policy

No refunds will be issued for attendees who fail to show up for the festival or any specific activity/session.

7. Force Majeure

The festival is not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Political unrest

  • Public health emergencies

  • Government orders or restrictions

In such cases, refund decisions will follow government guidelines and festival management policies.
